Agreement to Receive Notices Electronically:

To register your preference for receiving notices from PCC 122, please access the document below, print, review, complete the agreement and return it to the management office at unit #91. Our office must have a response on file from every homeowner.  Our goal is to have 100% participation in this program to save on the expense of administration, paper consumption printing, and delivery. 

Should an owner not have access to an electronic device (computer, mobile, tablet, etc) to receive electronic communications, they must advise our site manager by returning this Agreement to Unit #91 duly noted with the option “OTHER” selected.  Our site manager will then make an exception to our program and make arrangements to deliver our notices to the unit mailbox of the owner.

The Agreement is provided in all welcome packages for new owners.
