Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement

For an overview of the PAD program, please access the Homeowner’s Information letter below. It refers to the Agreement and T&Cs as attachments but they are in fact in a separate file for you to access.
Owners can opt into this Plan at any time by printing, completing, and signing the PAD Agreement Registration and Terms & Conditions forms and returning them to the office. These forms are provided in each Welcome Package, are posted on this website, and are available from the Site Manager upon request.
