The rental of homeowner townhouse condominiums in our complex comes with certain obligations on the part of the homeowner and the tenant.  Owners considering renting or leasing their townhouse condominiums are asked to review the following documents before any transactions occur, and abide by their requirements. Please take special notice of the insurance recommendations.

The Homeowner/Landlord is obligated to return a copy of the signed Rental/Lease Agreement and a copy of the signed Tenant’s Rental Statement of Compliance to the Site Manager at Unit 91 at your earliest convenience after their execution.
