Annual Event Calendar (AEC)

This Annual Event Calendar (AEC) comprises a list of work that is required to be done each year.  It specifies the month in which the work is scheduled to take place and when it is time to start planning for the work to be done.  This list is not static.  We find more and more activities to add as our community evolves and becomes more challenging.  This calendar does not include all the duties that are included in the Site Manager's job description but it is a guideline for the Board of Directors to follow and it is reviewed at each Board of Directors meeting.
