Company Overview

Our townhouse condominium complex at 7080 Copenhagen Road was built by Philmore Developments Limited in 1976. Comprising 91 units, including a combined community and management office building at Unit 91, the complex offers three spacious models that, depending on the model, include a wood burning fireplace, ensuite bathroom, large front balcony, separate living room/dining room, and three to four bedrooms.

The complex was incorporated in 1977, under the name Peel Condominium Corporation 122 and was managed by an outside property management company until April 1, 1998, at which time the Board of Directors successfully petitioned for the Corporation to become self-directed.

The changeover to self-direction continues to be in the best interest of our community. Under the direction of our Board of Directors, our budget, operating costs, reserve fund, common area/maintenance fees, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades are well controlled, planned, and executed.

Our Site Manager is contracted to work at the complex 3 hours a day, Monday to Thursday from approximately 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

The time of day and hours on-site may vary depending on appointments, contractors, projects, and workload.

Voicemails will be retrieved periodically during business hours.

It is very important to have homeowners join the Board of Directors to continue the self-direction of our complex which benefits us all in the following ways:
  • monthly maintenance fees for our type of property are among the lowest in the GTA
  • on-site management provides knowledgeable, personalized service and ongoing surveillance of the complex
  • prompt and cost-effective repair and maintenance services are provided
  • legal, financial, administrative, IT and communications requirements are well managed
  • most importantly – members of the Board provide free property management services resulting in our ability to keep maintenance fees as low as possible
Necessary qualifications are:
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • have regular use of a computer
  • have an email address
  • be proficient in the use of ZOOM and other communication technologies
  • have a working knowledge of MSOffice (mainly word, excel, outlook/email)
  • have office or business experience
