The COVID-19 virus issue caused the delay of starting various projects that we had scheduled for the spring. Contractors, businesses and services were in lockdown. We enetered the second phase of opening during the last week of June and were able to proceed with select maintenance projects.

- Conducted our first Virtual Annual General Meeting, 4Nov20
- Balcony Resurfacing Completed for #59 & #83, New Parapet Walls Installed
- Catch Basins Cleaned
- Chimney Caps Replaced on 10 Units
- Eavestroughs and Downspouts Cleaned Throughout the Complex
- Reserve Fund Study Completed
- Periodic Information Certificate (PIC) Delivered
